I think it's important for clients to know that although you are alphabetically near the end of the list of accredited installers you should be near the top as far as quality of work is concerned. I think perhaps the most impressive thing was how you were able to work with my wife and I to create patio space that is getting rave reviews from everyone who has seen it. It may not be a large project but it is a great illustration of how you were able to incorporate and improve on the original idea(s) that these particular clients had in mind.

I wanted to take a minute to thank you for the work you did at 1174 Munro Street. I am truly amazed at the job you did, from the professionalism of your crew, to the on time performance and finally the finished product which turned my backyard into a park. It's simply gorgeous.

I found it amazing to watch the patience and precision with which you did the work. If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes I would not have understood the importance of properly compressing the underlying rock and sand, and measuring to get the exact right slope to ensure proper drainage off the deck. The morning that I saw you out there, on your knees with a level, measuring and moving grains of sand was the day that I knew I was working with a true professional craftsman.
